Change Password

The SMTools Login page is used to enter Service Manager authentication credentials and process the authentication request with an option to change password (by entering New Password and Verify New Password).

When user clicks the Change Password button and the Old Password is valid but the Verify New Password is invalid, a new message is displayed: New password is invalid. Then the Account Password Rules result is displayed for the Account field so that user can follow the account password rules and re-enter the correct new password.

To display the login account password rules, enter the Account, User ID and the Old Password.
